Strategic Planning workshops are offered at a flat rate (no hidden costs!) based on your needs and timeline. Workshops can be held as 8, 12, or 16-hour events. Expect Madeline Kvale Consulting to:
Design: Intentionally designed to meet the specific needs and current reality of your organization.
Prepare: Complete materials, visual aids, and pre-workshop organizational analysis
Execute: Engaging, collaborative, and democratized workshops, leading to a fully realized strategic plan with implementation strategies.
Document & Finalize: Robust report detailing the entire workshop and its outcomes, final meeting debriefing the workshop and offering suggested next steps
